is the unique Content Management System
developed by Fullmac Ltd, whereby web site owners can update their
own pages easily - whenever they like, at any time of day, as often
as they like, and from any internet-aware PC in the world.

NY CONTENT! Active Update
allows any words in any pages to be edited at any time, and any images
can be exchanged with any images that are stored on the PC being used
at the time (auto-sizing is available). Plus... as soon as you
save any changes your web site is updated immediately. The next person
to go to your web site sees the edited version.

xisting websites! As well as being
built into any new web site that we create, Active Update
can be added on to many existing 'static' website. So if you
already have a good looking web site that does everything you want,
and you just want to be able to update it yourself now and again,
then this is the solution you have been waiting for.

ustom-written! Active
Update is custom-written to suit each website, which means
it is designed to suit what you want it to do, on your website. We
do not sell a 'one-product-fits-all solution' (which they don't),
we do not sell software which has to be installed on a PC (with all
the restrictions that brings) and we do not make you go to another
website to make your changes (and in doing so track what you do and
when you do it).

YSIWYG! Active Update
uses a WYSIWYG ( What You See Is What You Get ) editor, just like
a normal word processor. You can change fonts, text sizes, colours,
make bold and indent paragraphs. You can even left-, right- or center-
justify your selected lines of text, insert special characters - plus
a lot more!

NY PAGES! Active Update
does not limit you to a fixed number of pages. It can
easily cope with any number of pages of any type; e.g. straight text,
lists, tables etc. It is ideal for News pages, Membership
lists, Special Offers, Forthcoming Events etc.* And
it can be expanded at any time after installation when you realise
how much your visitors like being kept up-to-date.
*Also available is the option for specific people to be responsible
for updating only certains parts of the site. Useful when delegating
responsibility for departmental information...

NY LANGUAGE! Active Update
is already multi-lingual. If you can type the language
at the keyboard then you can use Active Update to edit any pages
in that language. There are no add-ons, upgrades or optional
extras required - it does it already! We have seen
it used with three different chinese dialects, and can show you one
in Spanish. So updating a dual-language site (such as English and
Welsh) would be no problem.

ASY TO USE! Active Update
is very easy to use, with virtually no training needed. There
is no software to download and install, so there is nothing to learn,
or to have to teach other people. All you need to know
is how to log in to your Active Update Control Panel.
From there, you select the page to update, make your changes,
and save it. And that really is all there is to it!

LD OR NEW! Active Update
can be included with any new site from Fullmac, or, if you are happy
with your existing site and like the look of it, then we can add Active
Update to it. We are also happy to work with other web
site design companies to include our product into web sites that they
produce.
